Every Home Staging begins with a Walk & Talk Consultation. Selling your home can be extremely overwhelming especially without a plan. We break down each component of the staging process and you will know exactly what is needed to prepare your home for sale. You want your home to resonate with buyers who will picture themselves entertaining, raising their kids, and hosting holiday dinners. You decide what work you want Lisa to handle and what you plan to do yourself. Lisa details a plan of action to get top dollar for your home and advises on strategies for attracting top buyers. The 2-hour fee is $300.00 for occupied properties up to 3,600 square feet which includes a written plan of action. Additional rates for larger homes.
Vacant Home Styling and Staging With Rental Furniture
We bring in furniture, accessories, suggest possible minor renovations perhaps such as paint, new counter tops, flooring, and store away dated furnishings. This professional staging shows the home at its very best and you can expect a return of 2-3 times your Staging investment. Home staging is about creating an emotional connection between your home and a buyer, which is difficult if a home is empty. Most people can not visualize how to use an empty space - they need to see furnishings in order to imagine themselves living in your home. Four Hour " Face-Lift" Partial Styling and staging
Sometimes a house is large and requires more time or needs a little more TLC. This is the Four Hour " Face-lift". Generally this package involves helping you address the items on the Staging Consultation " to do list" such as re-positioning furnishings to improve flow, hanging artwork, restyling accessories, styling bookshelves, de-cluttering, packing and sometimes spending a little money adding minor accessories to update and modernize your space. This is for those overwhelmed and in need of support. Four hour package is $300.00.
GET IT SOLD Full Service Home Styling and Design
This is the perfect solution for clients who prefer to hire our design consultant to take care of things. We will set the entire home up quickly to enter the market for buyer showings or Open House weekends. Services include furniture rental, de-cluttering, packing personal items, painting, furniture re-positioning, restyling the accessories, creating focal areas for each room and overseeing outdoor improvements to ensure “curb appeal” to draw buyer attention and maximize your homes potential. This service benefits sellers who live out-of-state and costs $80.00 an hour.
Many of our sellers choose to rent furniture, props and accessories on a monthly basis from A Fresh Look Design. We offer several different furniture styles to choose from when renting to create a custom look or we can provide a list of furnishings available from our warehouse. Personal Shopping Assistance
This service caters to busy clients who lack time or who want personal shopping assistance when selecting bedding, wall art, linens, lighting fixtures and other accessories. A Fresh Look Design offers full service decorating and design services for furniture, art, accessories and rugs. Consult with us if you are updating the look of your home prior to making a purchase to achieve a designer look at affordable prices. Cost $80.00 an hour and we know where to shop and waste no time.
A Fresh Look Design can shoot or arrange for quality digital photos for positive online advertising and MLS listings. Photos are crucial to effectively market your home and often determine whether a prospective buyer tours your residence.
