WALK & TALK: REAL ESTATE STYLING CONSULTATION
Every Home Staging begins with a Walk & Talk Consultation. We create a plan of action, room by room and you will know exactly what is needed to prepare your home for sale. We utilize your furniture & accessories and restyle to make your home pop! -2 hour fee is $300.00 and includes a written action plan for occupied properties up to 3,600 sq ft. Additional rates for larger homes.
VACANT HOME STYLING & STAGING WITH RENTAL FURNITURE
A Fresh Look Design offers several different furniture styles to choose from to create a custom look that appeals to the target market to sell your home fast. We do all the work by bringing in furniture, accessories, art and make your home resonate with buyers. -Prices vary depending upon the size and needs of the home.

STAGING AN AIRBNB & STARTUP SERVICES
If you want to make a serious profit off your rental and have it booked every night by return visitors, you need to stage it to stand out from the rest. Four Hour " Face-Lift" Partial Styling and staging
This package involves helping you address the items on the " to do list" such as re-positioning furnishings to improve flow, hanging artwork, restyling accessories, styling bookshelves, de-cluttering, packing and sometimes spending a little money adding minor accessories to update and modernize your space. -Four hour package is $350.00
Personal Shopping Assistance
This service caters to busy clients who lack time or who want personal shopping assistance when selecting bedding, wall art, linens, lighting fixtures and other accessories. Consult with us if you are updating the look of your home prior to making a purchase to achieve a designer look at affordable prices. -Cost $80.00 an hour
Professional Trade Referrals
Call us for referrals for local, professional painters and other service providers for repairs. We know the Charlotte area and can help you avoid costly mistakes.
